Q: When does The Carrington open?

A: The Carrington will open in early 2022.

Q: How does the booking process work?

A: Once we open bookings, you will be able to submit inquiries through the website. You will then be contacted by The Carrington management to discuss options. After deciding to book your event at The Carrington, we will prepare a contract and invoice for your review. Your date is reserved once the contract is signed and the deposit is received.

Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, cashier’s checks, and money orders. We do not accept cash or personal checks.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: Our spaces are booked according to availability. To ensure availability, a deposit should be made to secure your date.

Q: What is included in the rental fee?

A: The rental fee depends upon the room selection and the guest count. Various sized tables and chairs are included in all rentals. The suites are included in the ballroom rental when a wedding is booked*. The lounge furniture is included in the Cocktail Lounge rental and the suite furniture is included in the suite rentals as well. Please Contact Us to discuss your event in detail.

Q: How many people can The Carrington accommodate?

A: The Carrington can accommodate 10 to 500 guests in a variety of rooms and settings such as banquet, theater, and classroom style. There are five uniquely designed spaces to choose from, depending on the type of event you wish to host.

  • The Emily Ballroom - 500 (banquet style)

  • The Carolyn Multi-Purpose Room – 100 (banquet style)

  • Cocktail Lounge - 140

  • The Mary Suite – 20

  • The Philip Suite – 20

Q: Can I host my wedding ceremony and reception at The Carrington?

A: Absolutely! You have the option to utilize the spaces that accommodate your number of guests, and even host your rehearsal dinner or wedding day breakfast. 

Q: Does The Carrington allow external vendors?

A: Yes! We welcome all vendors and also have a listing of preferred vendors to recommend for all services. You have the option to use any vendor you choose, as long as they are fully insured according to our standards.

Q: Will I need to purchase event insurance?

A: No, our venue is fully insured. However, external vendors will need to provide their certificate of insurance (COI) prior to the event date.

Q: Do you offer planning services?

A: If you would like to discuss wedding or event planning, we will be happy to provide our list of preferred vendors once you’ve secured your event date.

Q: Do you offer floral or decorating services?

A: If you would like to discuss floral design or decor, we will be happy to provide our list of preferred vendors once you’ve secured your event date.

Q: Do you host more than one event per day?

A: We do not host multiple weddings in one day. We do host multiple social or corporate gatherings in a day.
